Privacy Notice

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing about you. There is no server behind it — it is a set of static files served to your browser. If you email me, I keep that email so I can reply.

Cookies and tracking

None. No advertising, analytics or tracking scripts of any kind run on this site.

Two features store a small flag in your own browser so the site remembers something between page views — whether you have already dismissed the mini-game instructions, for example. These flags stay on your device, are never sent anywhere, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.

The contact form

The contact form does not submit anything to me. It formats what you type into a message and opens it in your own email app, where nothing is sent until you press send. If you do send it, I receive your name, email address and message the same way I would receive any other email, and I keep it only as long as I need it to reply or to follow up on the conversation. I do not add you to any mailing list and I do not pass it on to anyone.

Hosting and other services

Like any website, the service hosting these files may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability. I do not have access to those logs and do not use them. Links out to GitHub, LinkedIn and itch.io are ordinary links — once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

If you have emailed me, you can ask what I still hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just reply to the thread or use the address below and I will take care of it. This covers your rights under POPIA and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR.
